Hola and welcome to Thelma Ceballos Meyers’ office!

As a lifelong Louisiana resident, I’m proud to serve this vibrant community. I graduated from Warren Easton High School in New Orleans and furthered my studies at Tulane University. Fluent in both Spanish and English, I’m passionate about giving back — whether as the former President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce New Orleans, a volunteer AARP Smart Driver Instructor since 2013, or a board member for Jefferson Workforce Development since 2016.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me spending quality time with my family, exploring local festivals, soaking up music and food, or diving into fitness challenges. In October 2023, I completed my first Ironman 70.3 in Wilmington, NC — a grueling but incredibly rewarding experience!
