"I have to continue the trend with every review I have read on here....the customer service here is hands down, one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had with an insurance company. If there was a way to give 10 stars I would! Rakhi was so helpful with everything. She gave us an awesome quote for car insurance for our son's truck. "Dont believe all this 5 star reviews, I was with state farm for 30 years or more , my agent one morning decided to close doors and retired, left me in limbo , so i went to thelma's fortress , the building is like a fortress , what it llooks like bullet proof panels and you can barely speak to any one . To make it short the agents were rude , just to tell me they were not taking anyone else. But thanks to their rudeness I end up with Progressive paying half what I was paying state farm."

When an agent retires, State Farm mails you a letter, usually 30 days in advance informing you of this and whom your new State Farm agent is. It is customary to give your new agent a chance.
